Pokémon CrystalDust is a remake of Pokémon Crystal with the engine from Pokémon Emerald. See the game come to life in ways you never imagined as you experience the jump from the Game Boy Color to the Advance!

Common Questions About CrystalDust

Q: Eh? IPS file? How do I use that?!
A: Here's some rather useful instructions on how to use this kind of file.

Q: But I'm on an iDevice (iPhone/iPod touch/iPad)!
A: Download the patch onto your computer, follow the steps above, and transfer the completed ROM to your device through iTunes.

Q: But I'm on an Android device!
A: Use the downloaded patch with a patching app such as Power Patcher by Evercrest Studios in conjunction with an Emerald ROM.

Q: When I start up my game, I only get a white screen!
A: Change your emulator's save type to Flash 128K.

Q: When I try to start a new game, I get a message about my clock battery running dry!

A: Enable the Real Time Clock in your emulator.

Q: Why does Joey act like a Hiker when I call him on the Pokégear?

A: The Phone card isn't finished yet, so regular trainers you add don't work the way they should yet.
